Virally shedding breathers have in turn shed
breathing altogether. But hunkering down are mixed
tech family, Robot, Chip & the Beast-bot Kid!
Each year's 3-6-5 Feb 14s, for Cupid
is never furloughed, fulltime l/ a vespid's
more stingshy cousin. Their amour even Covid
claustrophobia can't overfamiliarise frigid.
Blojo coiffured l/ a blond triffid,
locking us down l/ a neurotic Id.
He's got nannies for his silver spoon squids,
whilst Dogshit Island had to keep Margs placid,
well, nerf her enuff to need no skid lid
indoors, which she does on the rampage, even tho'
alloyed
w/ Adam Ant's tea urn is her, touch wood, solid
chrome dome. Coz Prof's rag rugs are an ophid-
ian snare for cattracks belonging to tidd-
lertrons due a catnap. Gravidly grid-
elin the lockdown permawinter, as if Tom Rid-
dle's last blush. Aldi was stripped by aphids,
Lidl locusts, panic buying most bovid,
yet the Chipbots & daughter always bagged a sapid-
ly respectable supper. Parents acted as khid-
mutgars, served Margot's servos industrial fluids.
But if she's mini-mech, 1's gotta ask why fetid
fishfinger was found in table leg's hollow? Did
Damsel, oft-headlocked puss, stash it for a mid-
night repast? 'S a mystery, one rather olid,
& not quite of the calibre of who built the pyramids.
Chipbots stayed at home, safeguarding the old bids,
tho' Old Lozonge didn't wink l/ th'other David
across the balcony to thank them for their pallid
Corona-compliant complexions...Erm, isn't hominid
Professor Chip the sole Chipbot who's epid-
ermically nonferrous (continuity nearly slid
l/ facemask down the face of an earless annelid).
A year of Bank Holidays characterises Covid,
tho' routine's still the king raising a tipsy mid-
get Margotbot. She grokes all plates come tid-
dle-toddle o'clock, then it's her ro-bath, then the pongid
rockstar of bedtime, Bangles, harbings sid-
eral diamonds of downtime - 'cept Margot's nightfid-
get! Isolating & distancing may be good for zeds,
but viva Hardypravda household bubble cybrid!
